This is my first review following my first appointment. I am extremely anxious when it comes to dental experiences. I have extensive dental issues that became more problematic after specific medical diagnosis. I was hesitant looking for a new dentists after my formal dentist retired. I found Polished amd after researching them, the practice appeared to check most of the boxes on my list so I decided to give them a call. They were kind and patient during the appointment call. I received my paperwork quickly. I got an appointment in a timely manner. During the appointment it was evident that my paperwork was reviewed because of the follow up questions I was asked. My exam was quick and thorough. Everything was explained to me step by step. Dr. Ragitti spoke with me about the treatment plan he would recommend. He took time to answer my questions in detail and then walked me through what the treatment plan would entail to get started. Before checking out I received information from Mikayla that gave me upfront costs and was able to schedule the next appointment quickly. My former dentist was one of a kind. Everyone at Polished Dental has been great. Dr. Troupe is patient and experienced and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied and comfortable with the work done. His assistant, Ashley, is the best. So helpful and she is excellent at her job.

The best dentist office!! I obviously have favorites since I see them so often, but can honestly say I've only had pleasant encounters with the entire office over the past year. The team seems to emphasize the patients comfort and addresses concerns with the utmost care, and to me that speaks volumes. I also never feel rushed for any appointments, and am provided the details needed when clarification is requested. I could go on and on, but truly - a wonderful dentist with wonderful staff and I know that didn't happen by accident. Highly recommend!!

I just left Polished Dental in downtown Pittsburgh and had such a great experience I felt like I had to share. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, organized, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Rachel, the dental hygienist, was incredible, so knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made me feel really comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Rigatti was just as great, professional, personable, and thorough. You can tell the whole team genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in what they do. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a dental office in downtown Pittsburgh!

It’s been probably about 5 years since my last dentist appointment. I keep relatively good care of my teeth but have always had dental anxiety. Polished dental put that to rest! From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was made to feel comfortable and received absolutely no judgement. Unfortunately I need 4 appointments to get fillings done (eek!) but for the first time ever I’m not dreading it and I actually feel excited to get back to be taken care of.
